A trip to Food Craft Institute Deoghar

A group of Grade 9 students from The RKVVM visited the Food Craft Institute, Deoghar, under the Tourism Department, Govt. of Jharkhand. Guided by Dr. Sweta Lingwal, students explored hotel management, culinary skills, serving, and hospitality. Dr. Niperndra Lingwal, Principal, FCI, also interacted with the students and addressed their queries. This experiential learning visit gave students hands-on exposure to the world of hospitality. Mr. Sougata Kar, Director of The RKVVM, congratulated the students and encouraged them to make the most of such enriching opportunities.

Poila Vaishak Celebration and induction of new students and teachers into The RKVVM Family

The New Bengali year marked as Poila Vaishak is the most befitting occasion to welcome new ones. The RKVVM Family decided to welcome the new students and teachers for the Session 2025-26. The celebration was marked with a grand Cultural Program in which students and teachers astounded the audience with their fantabulous performances. There were more than 140 students who were inducted into the school. Mr. Sougata Kar, Director, Mr. V. Settu, Principal, Mr. Sunil Kumar, Vice Principal and Mr. Pranav Kumar Hati welcomed the students and the teachers. The students were dressed in their traditional Dhoti and kurta.
