The Ramakrishna Vivekananda Vidyamandir, aims at Holistic approach towards education in accordance with the changing needs of the society aiming at helping the boys in their overall development, i.e. physical, mental, and moral. In the course of the daily routine due emphasis is given in providing individual attention towards each child so as to draw out the creative instinct through different co-curricular activities and also to build up the correct idealism to guide the character and the progress of the child so as to motivate each child towards goal setting and goal achieving and to justify the motto of ‘Arise, Awake, Achieve’
THE RAMAKRISHNA VIVEKANANDA VIDYAMANDIR - The idea for establishing a residential institution crept in the mind of our founder director from the ideals of Swami Vivekananda the great Hindu Monk and the worthy disciple of Sri Ramakrishna Dev- “My idea of Education is Guru Griha Vasa.” Though in this modern age “Guru griha Vasa” in the true sense of term has become impracticable but the constant interaction between the teacher and the taught enables them to come closer to each other- whereby the students are free to express their difficulties and where the teachers are readily serving to increase their inquisitiveness and quench the thirst of knowledge of the learners. Boys are admitted in the Institution with the sole aim of character building and man-making.

The motto of The Ramakrishna Vivekananda Vidyamandir - “Arise! Awake! Achieve!” constantly keeps reminding the boys of the greater task (responsibility) lying ahead of them and their readiness in accepting all the hardships with right approach. Such approach among the boys imbibe in them a broad and generous appreciation for society, its culture, values and ethical principles in keeping up with the national duties.
